Our vision is to be a child-centered people, reaching out to the weak and marginalized in our society, through the process of enlightening and empowering, leading to a sustained and fulfilling endeavor. The vision is focused on children at risk, who are groomed and built, so that they can eventually stand on their two feet and in turn empower the community that they came from. We are committed to training and building individuals from these communities to see a stronger, more stable community that can contribute to society at large.

Ashirvad Kanti believes in a three-pronged approach. Over the years, Ashirvad has dealt with the root of the issues in our community instead of only addressing the symptoms seen. Only dealing with the issues will be a temporary fix that will not benefit the community in the long run.
When the HIV/AIDS project first started, we identified many individuals who had very few days to live. Along with treating them, we partnered with the Government Medical College and began preventive measures like getting diagnostic tests done and starting ART treatment. We gave them physical, spiritual and moral support and helped them to value their lives so that they can look forward to their lives ahead with a renewed hope.
The founder of Ashirvad is a strong believer in the power of networking and vision casting. So the vision and the sucessful steps taken by Ashirvad have become a great learning to like minded missions and organizations who have in turn been able to replicate this beautiful model in the areas of their specific needs. Some organizations adopted all that we did and even did a better job. Ashirvad Kanti has been a pioneer in the area of community development and has conducted trainings on holistic mission based on the strategies and methods successfully used by us. The thought behind this being that the impact that all of us can make together is much greater than that which a single organization can.
